Covenants and Restrictions
Murraylane North is governed by a homeowners association (HOA) that is managed by Prestige Management.

A capital contribution of $150 is required for each new home. The dues for 2024 have been set at $20 per month.
Agent Compensation
RAM Homes is pleased to work with real estate agents representing their homebuyer clients. We encourage you to contact the builders agent regarding compensation being offered in any of our communities. In compliance with NAR guidelines, any request for compensation should be submitted on form 220 in an email separate from any offer documents. Your agency relationship with your client will always be honored.
Submitting An Offer
All offers must be submitted on the builder Offer To Purchase. CLICK HERE for a blank copy.
The building deposit is non-refundable and should be written directly to RAM Homes. It is typically 1% of the contract price and is fully credited to the buyer at closing.
All applicable disclosures should be available on the MLS attachments. Please reach out to the listing agent if you do not have access to the Triad MLS or need assistance obtaining the following documents which should all be initialed/signed when submitting the offer:

A copy of a lender pre-approval letter issued within last 60 days or a bank statement/letter indicating sufficient cash balance for the full purchase price should be submitted with all offers.
